The decor was stunning! Very special and beautiful :-) We loved the pool (inside & out). It was very clean and they gave you really nice beach towels to use. Staff service was good. A little busy at times but they did their best in those situations. The breakfast was nice, lots of choice. Check in was good although our room wasn’t ready at 3. We waited for 30 mins but still not ready. I asked to change rooms to one that was ready and they said yes straight away. I appreciated that very much as I was alone with my two kids and we started the day very early! The concierge staff we very helpful too, thank you!

I loved that the hotel is a palace—it has a unique and luxurious feel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable.

It was a lovely palace with all the splendour you would expect. The very helpful bellman walked us to the room and gave a little tour of the hotel and showed us the original impressive features. The rooms were nice, I would say there are a couple of areas in which the rooms are now staring to show their age. The cakes and bottle of port were a nice touch. The room had a lovely balcony.

The palatial well preserved rooms, the superb breakfast, the friendly staff, the gardens, private New Year’s Eve fireworks in the gardens, the location in a less touristy and more authentic Lisbon area with a view of the iconic mini Golden Gate bridge

Buildings and grounds, stunning, as you would expect for a palace. Very good choice for breakfast. Meals in piano bar were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Multi-lingual staff spoke English and French very well, with some staff speaking other languages also.

The hotel is simply stunnng. The dining rooms and bar along with the plethora of sitting rooms are remarkable. The bedrooms comfy and the pools are amazing. The cleaning staff were amazing and very friendly and professional. Also the doormen were exceptional. Well done to them!

Absolutely loved our stay, we felt like royalty, enjoying all the beautifully restored palace rooms, history and luxury. The staff were exceptional, so proud of the hotel. A lovely staff member, Rui, was setting up for dinner but stopped and took the time to show us the hotel with such pride & made us feel so important. The bed was very comfy & room was spacious. I would not be able to stay anywhere else in Lisbon when I return.

Breakfast:* The breakfast was delightful. A wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes, were available. The coffee was particularly good, and the staff was attentive, ensuring everything was replenished promptly. *Room:* The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. a cozy bed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. *Pool:* The pool area was a highlight. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered a great place to relax. There were plenty of loungers, and the pool itself was a good size for swimming. The ambiance was enhanced by pleasant landscaping. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable.

The hotel, staff, and surroundings were absolutely amazing. Our server in the restaurant for supper was simply outstanding. He could not do enough for us and was so knowledgeable about the food and which wines to pair as accompaniment. We had an amazing time and only sad that we only stayed one evening. I HIGHLY recommend Pestana Palace Lisboa.
